Computershare Is Appointed Stock Transfer Agent for McDonald's Corpora

CHICAGO, Jan. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Computershare Ltd. , the world's largest transfer agent, announced today the appointment of its US affiliate, Computershare Investor Services, as transfer agent for McDonald's Corporation . Computershare will provide registrar and transfer agent services to McDonald's shareholders and will administer MCDirect Shares, McDonald's direct stock purchase plan.
