FAF Advisors, Inc., Declares June Distributions for Closed-End Funds

FAF Advisors today declares June distributions for the following funds. The distributions will be allocated on a per-share basis on the common stock. The distributions have a June 2, 2008, ex-dividend date and will be paid on June 25, 2008, to shareholders of record on June 4, 2008. In addition, Minnesota Municipal Income Portfolio (MXA), Minnesota Municipal income Fund II (MXN) and American Income Fund (MRF) have increased their monthly distributions, beginning with the June distribution. These distributions were increased to more closely reflect current earnings.
