Wachovia Names Dean Williams Chief Learning Officer
CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wachovia Corporation announced today that Dean W. Williams has been named Chief Learning Officer.
Williams will be responsible for leading the development of a unified learning strategy for Wachovia, the design and delivery of enterprise-wide learning programs, and all training in support of mergers and acquisitions.

Since joining Wachovia in 1996, Williams has held leadership roles in training design and delivery, and served as an HR business partner with responsibility for supporting clients on organizational development, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, and executive coaching. Most recently, he led the combined training teams supporting Wachovia's Operations, Technology & eCommerce, Human Resources & Corporate Relations, Risk, Legal, Finance and Audit divisions.
