Vivendi: Clarification

Vivendi (Paris:VIV) confirms that it has received an approach from Altice regarding a potential alliance between SFR and Numericable.

To date Vivendi has not received any formal offer.

The Vivendi Supervisory Board will announce a decision, if necessary, as and when appropriate.
