Prudential Huntoon Paige Provides FHA Loan for Leo E. Dugan Apartments in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio

Prudential Mortgage Capital Company announced today that it has originated a $2.3 million loan for the Leo E. Dugan Apartments, a multi-family property in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Prudential originated the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loan through its FHA lending business, Prudential Huntoon Paige.
