Global Material Solutions Announces MRO Agreement with JAT Tehnika

SINGAPORE, Feb. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SINGAPORE AIRSHOW -- JAT Tehnika and Pratt & Whitney entered into a non-exclusive MRO agreement for the complete portfolio of Global Material Solutions life-limited and gas-path parts for CFM56-3 engines. The agreement is valued at USD $11M for the initial five-year contract term with an optional five year extension. Pratt & Whitney is a United Technologies Corp. company.

Its technical centre is situated at the Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade, Serbia and is the only fully equipped technical centre in the region.

All GMS parts are expected to be certified and enter service later this year.
