First Sensor AG: Adjustment of guidance for fiscal year 2025

Berlin, October 14, 2025 Based on preliminary figures for the end of fiscal year 2025 (October 1, 2024 – September 30, 2025), the Management Board of First Sensor AG has determined that the most recent reduced annual guidance is likely to be exceeded. For this reason, the Management Board is revising its guidance and now expects sales of EUR 100 to 110 million for fiscal year 2025 (previously: EUR 85 to 95 million). The deviation is primarily due to pull-forward effects from several major customers. The second key performance indicator, the investment volume, is now expected to be in the range of EUR 6 to 7 million (previously EUR 3.5 to 5.5 million). This results from advance payments on investment projects that will not be completed until fiscal year 2026.
