Clear Channel Television's President & CEO William G. Moll Elected Vice Chairman, World Board of the USO

Clear Channel Television (CCTV), a division of ClearChannel Communications Inc. (NYSE:CCU), today announced that WilliamG. Moll, President and CEO, was elected by the United ServiceOrganizations (USO) to serve as Vice Chairman of the USO World Boardof Governors. The role of Vice Chairman is a newly created position,adding continuity to the USO World Board.

In his new role, Mr. Moll will work closely with the CurrentChairman, John Gottschalk, CEO of Omaha World Herald, and other WorldBoard of Governors to further the organization's mission of extendinga touch of home to the military.

"For more than 60 years, the USO has consistently deliveredcomfort, morale and recreational services to members of the U.S.military and their families worldwide, and I am fortunate to have theopportunity in this position to help the USO continue that traditionof support for our men and women in uniform," said Moll. Moll is also Former Chairman of TVB (New York); Former Chairman ofthe Dan Beard Council of the Boy Scouts of America (Cincinnati);Former Chairman of the San Antonio Art Institute; and has served onthe national boards of the Advertising Council; Media Partnership fora Drug Free America; IRTF (International Radio-TV Foundation); BoyScouts of America, Greater New York Council; CBS Television NetworkAffiliates Board and numerous other positions.
