Vinci S.A. -- Moody's affirms VINCI's Baa1/P-2 ratings; stable outlook
London, 10 January 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today affirmed the Baa1/Prime-2 (P-2) senior unsecured debt and issuer ratings of VINCI S.A., as well as the Baa3 rating on the perpetual deeply subordinated notes issued by the group. Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed the provisional (P)Baa1 rating on VINCI's senior unsecured euro medium-term note (EMTN) programme and its P-2 short-term commercial paper rating. The outlook on the ratings is stable.
