V.F. Corporation -- Moody's assigns A3 rating to VF's proposed Euro notes; all other ratings unchanged
New York, September 13, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") today assigned an A3 rating to V.F. Corporation's ("VF") EUR850 million 7-year senior unsecured notes, and a (P)A3 rating to its unsecured shelf. The company's existing ratings are unchanged, including its A3 senior unsecured ratings, (P)A3 senior unsecured shelf rating, (P)Baa1 subordinated shelf rating, (P)Baa2 preferred stock shelf rating and P-2 short term commercial paper rating. The rating outlook is stable.
