Moody's: No impact arising from certain requests relating to five Italian RMBS transactions with different Berica issuers

London, 26 February 2015 -- Moody's has determined that the requests from Banca Popolare di Vicenza S.c.p.A. ("BPVi") to the back-up servicer facilitator and either Berica 6 Residential MBS S.r.l., Berica 8 Residential MBS S.r.l., Berica 9 Residential MBS S.r.l., Berica 10 Residential MBS S.r.l. or Berica ABS S.r.l. (the "Issuers"), dated February 2015 and relating to the monitoring of the Master Servicer Eligibility Requirements and the Collection Account Bank Eligibility Requirements made pursuant to separate agreements executed on or about the Issue Date (the "Requests"), will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a downgrade or withdrawal of the current ratings of the notes (the "Notes") issued by the Issuers. Moody's opinion address only the credit impact of the Requests, and Moody's is not expressing any opinion as to whether the Requests have, or could have, other noncredit related effects that may have a detrimental impact on the interests of note holders and/or counterparties.
