Unisys Postpones Notice Deadline for Shareholder Proposals

Unisys Corporation (NYSE:UIS) announced today that it is postponing the deadline for advance notice of director nominations and shareholder proposals in connection with the Unisys 2008 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting. The deadline has been moved to 5 p.m., Eastern Time, on February 19, 2008. The Unisys Board believes that postponing the notice deadline will facilitate discussions with MMI Investments, LLP.
