Unisys Board of Directors Elects Randy J. Hendricks a Corporate Office

    BLUE BELL, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 14, 2005--The Board of Directors of Unisys Corporation (NYSE:UIS) has elected Randy J. Hendricks, 48, a corporate officer.
    Most recently, Hendricks has served as president of the Unisys Competencies organization, which includes outsourcing, business transformation, enterprise solutions and Microsoft solutions. In his new role as corporate vice president he will also now manage the company's Global Infrastructure Services business.

    Prior to joining Unisys in 2001, Hendricks was president and chief executive officer of Digite, a Silicon Valley based software company that developed integrated applications for software lifecycle management around web services and offshore development. Before Digite, he worked for Andersen Consulting for 20 years. As a managing partner in the firm's Government Services group, Hendricks developed a $400 million global enterprise resource planning practice.
    Hendricks has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Administration and Computer Science from Iowa State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
