TrueBlue Completes Seaton Acquisition

(RTTNews) - TrueBlue, Inc. (TBI) said Monday that it has completed its acquisition of Seaton Corp., including its PeopleScout, Staff Management | SMX, HRX and StudentScout service lines.

TrueBlue had agree earlier this month to buy privately held SeatonCorp from private equity firm Leeds Equity Partners for about $310 million in cash, subject to working capital adjustments.

TrueBlue will expand many of the centralized practices used by PeopleScout and Staff Management | SMX to support the company's strategy to deliver its staffing services through a smaller branch footprint.

The acquisition makes TrueBlue the largest industrial staffing provider in the U.S.
