Starwood Property Trust Announces $0.48 Per Share Dividend for Second Quarter 2021
GREENWICH, Conn., June 14, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Starwood Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: STWD) ("the Company") today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.48 per share of common stock for the quarter ending June 30, 2021. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2021 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2021.
