S&P Global Finalizes Sale of QuantHouse

NEW YORK, Jan. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI) announced it has finalized the sale of Quant House SAS (QuantHouse) to a company owned by Pierre Feligioni, one of QuantHouse's original founders.
