Rambus Inc. Reveals 20% Increase In Q3 Bottom Line

(RTTNews) - Rambus Inc. (RMBS) revealed a profit for its third quarter that climbed compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line climbed to $21.6 million, or $0.19 per share. This was higher than $18.0 million, or $0.16 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.17 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 10.2% to $99.1 million. This was up from $89.9 million last year.
