GLENVIEW, Ill., Sept. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Please note that ITW's Annual Meeting for Investors will be held Friday, December 6, 2013 at the Hotel Sofitel New York, 45 West 44^th Street, New York, NY 10036.  We will begin the meeting with a breakfast buffet at 8:15 a.m. and conclude the business portion of the meeting no later than 12:30 p.m.  Lunch is available for attendees who would like to converse with members of the ITW Senior Management Team.
