Pembina Pipeline CEO Bob Michaleski To Retire, Mick Dilger To Succeed

(RTTNews) - The Board of Directors of Pembina Pipeline Corp. (PBA, PPL.TO) Wednesday said Bob Michaleski, Chief Executive Officer, will retire at the end of 2013 after 35 years of service with the Company. Mick Dilger, President and Chief Operating Officer, has been elected to succeed Bob, effective January 1.

Mick Dilger joined Pembina as VP, Business Development and was later promoted to President and COO. Mick has garnered over 26 years of experience in the energy industry.

Additionally, the Board has also promoted Stu Taylor, VP Gas Services, and Paul Murphy, VP Conventional Pipeline Services, to the newly created positions of Senior VP, NGL & Natural Gas Facilities and Senior VP, Pipeline & Crude Oil Facilities, respectively.

Peter Robertson, CFO, has also announced his plans to retire at the end of 2014.
