Northern Trust Corp. Announces 16% Advance In Q3 Earnings

(RTTNews) - Northern Trust Corp. (NTRS) reported a profit for its third quarter that advanced compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $298.4 million, or $1.20 per share. This was up from $257.6 million, or $1.08 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 11.5% to $1.36 billion. This was up from $1.22 billion last year.
