L.A. County Fair Attendees Will Have The Chance To Learn More About Customer Services Available From SoCalGas

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Southern California Gas Co. (SoCalGas) will have its services, energy-efficiency offerings and customer assistance programs on display at this year's L.A. County Fair in Pomona, Aug. 30-Sept. 29.

Fairgoers can visit the booth in Expo Hall 4 to learn about the Home Upgrade program, appliance rebates, solar water heating,  Advanced Meter, CARE and Energy Savings Assistance programs for income qualified customers, along with many other services and programs. Visitors will also have the chance to sign up to win a free washer and dryer set.    

Eligible customers who bring a copy of their SoCalGas bill can receive a complimentary energy-efficiency starter kit.  The kits, limited to one per household, contain three faucet aerators and a low flow shower head.  Simple to install, the aerators and showerhead can reduce home water consumption by as much as 30 percent. The kits also reduce the energy use associated with water heating.
