IBM Plans To Buy Meteorix

(RTTNews) - International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) said Monday that it plans to buy Meteorix LLC, a premier Workday Inc. (WDAY) services partner.

Financial terms and conditions were not disclosed.

The planned acquisition of Meteorix will expand IBM's ability to help clients deploy Workday applications and transform traditional finance and HR.
