Luxembourg, 12 December 2022 - The board of directors of Grand City Properties S.A. has decided today that it will not exercise its option as issuer to defer coupon payments under its outstanding perpetual notes that are scheduled for coupon payments in January 2023, which relates to perpetual notes with ISIN XS1491364953.
