Ethan Allen Establishes a Contract Division

Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. (NYSE: ETH) today announced the launch of a new initiative establishing a Contract Division. Daniel Grow, former President and CEO of Drexel Heritage Furniture and most recently President of D.M. Grow Inc., will join Ethan Allen to lead the initiative. In addition, Daniel Grow will also be responsible for the growth of Ethan Allen’s International Design Center Development program.

Dan’s experience and knowledge of our industry provides Ethan Allen the leadership to launch the Ethan Allen Contract Division."

Mr. Kathwari further stated, "We will also continue to expand our global presence in establishing design centers. Dan will oversee the growth of our existing international design centers and lead Ethan Allen’s international sales growth effort.
