EQS-Ad-hoc: PNE AG / Key word(s): Change in Forecast Ad hoc notification PNE exceeds forecast for financial year 2024 in terms of Group EBITDA according to preliminary figures Cuxhaven, 19 February 2025 – According to preliminary figures, the PNE Group now expects Group EBITDA of between €60 million and €70 million for the 2024 financial year; according to the most recently published guidance, the Management Board assumed Group-EBITDA of between €40 million and €50 million. The background is primarily a combination of the positive results that exceed the original estimates from the activities in the power generation (Independent Power Producer – IPP) and Services segment as well as from sales of projects. PNE will publish the final business figures for 2024 and the audited full Consolidated Financial Statements on 27 March 2025.
