Don Perry Promoted to President and CEO of Clear Channel Television

Clear Channel Communications today announced the promotion ofDonald D. Perry to succeed William G. Moll as president and chiefexecutive officer of Clear Channel Television. Moll, who has held thepost since 2001, will continue to serve as chairman, responsible forstrategic direction of the division.

Perry has served as executive vice president and chief operatingofficer of the division since May, 2005. He has also served as vicepresident and general manager of WOAI-TV since 1996, and as Southwestregional vice president of Clear Channel Television since 2002. Thedivision's six regional vice presidents now report to Perry.

"Don is a highly respected broadcast executive," added Moll. "Donhas the leadership, experience and wisdom necessary to lead ourtelevision stations."

"Don's track record at Clear Channel has been impressive," saidMark Mays, president and CEO of Clear Channel Communications. "He's aseasoned executive who is both trusted and well-known for hisprofessionalism and his local, regional and industry contributions."

Perry is a past Chairman of Texas Association of Broadcasters,past Chairman of New York State Broadcasters, a former member of theBoard of Directors of the NBC Affiliates Association, has heldleadership positions on the Board of Directors of the San AntonioChamber of Commerce; and has extensive television station managementexperience in Albany, NY; Denver, CO and Nashville, TN; in addition tonearly a decade at WOAI-TV in San Antonio.

In his new position Perry will report to Mays.

Clear Channel Television owns and operates 41 television stations.Station affiliations include NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, UPN, WB andTelemundo. Two of the stations are independent and unaffiliated.
