The previous Deputy Chairman of the Administrative Board, Mr. Uto Baader, will not stand for re-election for reasons of age. Mr. Baader, founder and CEO of Baader Bank AG for many years, has been a member of STEICO's Administrative Board since 2007, the year the company went public. His expertise as a banker and financial market expert allowed him to make significant contributions to the company's success. The Management Committee and the Administrative Board of STEICO SE express their special thanks to Mr. Baader and wish him all the best for the future. The Administrative Board proposes Professor Heinrich Köster to the Annual General Meeting as a new member of the Administrative Board. Prof. Köster is President of the Technical University of Rosenheim, which, with its Faculty of Wood Technology and Construction, is one of the world's leading research and training institutes in the field of timber construction. Prof. Köster holds the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany (Bundesverdienstkreuz) and has an international reputation for his scientific achievements in the wood industry and for his social commitment. By being elected to the Administrative Board, the company expects him to make a lasting contribution to the future positioning and growth of the STEICO Group.
