LLOYDS BANKING GROUP FILES ANNUAL REPORT ON FORM 20-F

Lloyds Banking Group announces that on 25 February 2019 it filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended 31 December 2018 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
