The player Henrikh Mkhitaryan ("player") will be transferred from Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA ("Borussia Dortmund") to Manchester United Football Club Ltd. ("Manchester Utd.") with effect from this FIFA transfer window I ("summer 2016").

In considering the sportive and economic impact, today the Management of Borussia Dortmund finally has decided to accept the valuable transfer offer of Manchester Utd. for the player.

The formal completion of the transfer will follow in the next days.
