Change Your Facebook Profile Pic To A Video
(RTTNews) - Now you can change your Facebook mobile profile picture to a video.
The social networking site has been continually looking for ways to make improvements to the profiles page that display the users online identities and connect with others.
Facebook's latest update to profile pictures follows a similar move by rival messaging app Snapchat in July.
Facebook has added major improvements that will give the user more opportunities to express who you are and control the content showcased on their profile.
Starting today, Facebook will begin testing the next step towards the evolution of profiles by enabling profile videos. The user can make a short, looping video clip that will play for anyone who visits your profile, adding a new dimension to your profile.
Facebook users can also now set a temporary profile picture that reverts back to your previous profile picture at a specified time. It can be a temporary profile to commemorate a special milestone or event like a birthday or vacation or even as a support to a favorite sports team. It can be a visual status update to let your friends know what's going on in your life today.
As part of an effort to provide improved profile pictures, Facebook has also built some new features that will help you better let your personality shine through your profile picture using its 'Celebrate Pride' filter.
Further, Facebook has also changed the layout of the mobile profile page to better present information about the user and friends in a more visually engaging way. The profile pictures are now centered rather than left aligned, and are much more bigger.
