The majority of the stores listed above currently operateproprietary Borders cafes and will convert to Starbucks locations overthe course of the next several months with all of the conversionsexpected to be completed by September 2006. Exceptions include theBorders store in Aiea/Pearlridge, which is a new Borders location thatopened Oct. 14 with a Starbucks Coffee store in place. In addition, atthe Waikele location, the existing Borders cafe will be closed andinterior access will be made to adjoin the store to a neighboringStarbucks Coffee store.
