Berkshire Hathaway Completes Acquisition of Applied Underwriters

Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRK.A) (NYSE:BRK.B) todayannounced the successful completion of its acquisition of AppliedUnderwriters (www.applieduw.com), the industry leader in integratedworkers' compensation solutions and all of its subsidiaries --including its North American Casualty insurance companies.
