Asus ZenPad Z8 Tablet For $250 Exclusively To Verizon

(RTTNews) - Taiwanese tech giant Asus has teamed up with Verizon to launch its latest flagship tablet the Zenpad Z8 on the carrier's 4G network.

The ZenPad Z8, which is being sold exclusively by Verizon, touts several stunning impressive features that can be comparable to much expensive Apple iPad Mini 4.

The 7.9-inch slate is powered by a powerful Qualcomm 64-bit class Snapdragon 650 hexa-core processor. The tablet touts a resolution of 2,048x1,536 display, as same as iPad mini 4. The tablet runs on the latest Android Marshmallow OS. The tablet has a 2GB RAM with 16GB inbuilt storage and a 4680mAh battery.

It has an 8-megapixel camera on the rear and a 2-megapixel camera on the front where dual front-facing speakers are housed as well, offering DTS-HD support.

The ZenPad Z8 is costs $249.99 without contract on Verizon and will go on sale from June 23.
