Japan Industrial Production On Tap For Wednesday

(RTTNews) - Japan will on Wednesday release preliminary September figures for industrial production, highlighting a modest day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.

Analysts are looking for an increase of 2.2 percent on month and a decline of 0.1 percent on year following the 1.9 percent monthly decline and the 3.3 percent annual fall.

Singapore will see September numbers for producer prices; in August, prices were down 1.1 percent on month and 3.9 percent on year.

New Zealand will provide October numbers for indexes for business confidence and activity outlook from ANZ; in September, they had scores of 13.4 and 37, respectively.

South Korea will release September numbers for current account; in August, the current account surplus was $7.60 billion.
