Pearl Asian Mining Expands to the Very Rich Gold and Copper Reserve Region 12 of Cotabato; Gango Gold Project to Start Processing Sept. 30

Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. with Stock Symbols: U.S.A. (OTC common shares: PAIM)(OTC preferred shares: PAIIP), Germany (XETRA: R1Z.DE) and (Frankfurt: R1Z.F), announces that it had completed the corporate re-organization and re-structuring of Pearl Asian Mining Philippines by asking the resignations if not termination of eight top management personnel. The performance- and revenue-oriented with no-nonsense work ethics management style of CEO Jason Piamonte had replaced the former management of PAIM with a more dedicated, committed, honest and loyal Golden Dream Team! The following are the progress reports of this New Dream Team: Pearl Asian Mindanao Dream Team had made an agreement to joint venture with various Chieftains and Elders of several Indigenous Group of People and other Muslim Tribes, in the presence of the Director of the National Commission of Indigenous People (NCIP) of Southern Mindanao in Cotabato. Pearl Asian continues to expand its mission and vision reaching out to assist these new tribal groups in the development of their very rich ancestral land domain claims of Region 12, still untapped with the abundance of gold, copper, manganese, iron, coal reserves and other minerals among others. Ore samples had been sent to an independent chemical laboratory for final verification of the presence of these mineral reserves in that region. Pearl Asian XYZ Dream Team is currently meeting with the local government units and other government officials in the Island of Masbate for the final endorsement of its XYZ MPSA (Mineral Production Sharing Agreement) that would make Pearl Asian Mining as a Large Scale Mining Operator in the Philippines once certified and signed. Pearl Asian Gango Dream Team is ready to start operating the 50 Metric Tons of Processing Plant on Sept. 30. A minor adjustment on the electrical component had caused the delay of operation. The Dream Team added a backup generator to enable to run the processing plant 24 hours a day seven days a week. Finally, Pearl Asian Mining is engaging the services of a professional Investor Relations Company from Nevada effective the 4th Quarter of 2007. The company is also engaging the services of a very proficient CPA from Florida to re-certify PAIM’s Financial Statements according to the strict accounting principles of the USA. These constitute the final part of the company’s up listing to a higher exchange.
