London, 12 December 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service today affirmed the Ba2 senior rating of Unipol Gruppo Finanziario S.p.A. (Unipol or Unipol Group), the holding company of the group, and the Baa2 insurance financial strength rating (IFSR) of Unipol Assicurazioni SpA (Unipol Assicurazioni), one of the main insurance operating companies in the group. At the same time Moody's maintained the negative outlook on these ratings. A complete list of actions is listed below.
