TUI AG -- Moody's upgrades TUI AG CFR to B2; outlook changed to stable
London, 15 January 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today upgraded to B2 from B3 the corporate family rating (CFR) and from B3-PD to B2-PD the probability of default rating (PDR) of TUI AG (TUI). Concurrently, Moody's has raised TUI AG's senior unsecured rating and the junior subordinated ratings to B3 from Caa1, and to Caa1 from Caa2, respectively. In addition, the rating agency has changed the outlook on the ratings to stable from positive.
