Buenos Aires City, July 17, 2015 -- Moody's Latin America Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A. assigned a B2 rating to Toyota Compañía Financiera de Argentina S.A.'s planned 7-year subordinated debt issuance for up to ARS100 million. This will be the first issuance under the company's new subordinated debt program, to which Moody's has assigned a (P)B2 global local currency rating and a (P)Caa1 global foreign currency rating. At the same time, on the National Scale, Moody's assigned Aa2.ar local currency subordinated debt rating to both the program and the expected issuance and a Baa1.ar foreign currency subordinated debt rating to the program. The program is authorized for up to ARS 200 million or its equivalent in other currencies. In addition, Moody's affirmed TCFA's baseline credit assessment (BCA) of caa1 and adjusted baseline credit assessment (adjusted BCA) of ba2.
