RussNeft -- Moody's: Russian consumers likely to feel the brunt of excise tax hike on fuel
London, 01 April 2016 -- The Russian government's decision to raise excise tax on gasoline and diesel will have a limited impact on the credit profiles of rated Russian oil and gas companies, as they are likely to pass the increase on to customers via higher prices, says Moody's Investors Service today in a new report.
