Rhino Bondco S.p.A. -- Moody's upgrades Rhiag's CFR to B1; outlook stable
London, 22 October 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") today has upgraded Rhino Midco 2 Limited, a holding company of the Rhiag group ('Rhiag' or the 'company') corporate family rating (CFR) to B1 from B2, and the probability of default rating (PDR) to Ba3-PD from B1-PD. Concurrently, the rating agency has upgraded the instrument rating on the EUR465 million senior secured notes issued by Rhino Bondco S.p.A. to B1 from B2. The ratings outlook is stable.
