RCHP, Inc. -- Moody's places RegionalCare's ratings under review for downgrade

New York, March 23, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service placed the ratings of RCHP, Inc. under review for downgrade, including the company's B3 Corporate Family Rating and B3-PD Probability of Default Rating. RCHP is a wholly owned subsidiary of RegionalCare Hospital Partners Holdings, Inc. The review is prompted by the announcement on March 22, 2016 that RCHP plans to merge with Capella Healthcare Inc., a privately-held owner and operator of non-urban hospitals, headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee. Capella operates 10 hospitals and is owned by Medical Properties Trust, Inc. RCHP is majority owned by Apollo Global Management, LLC.
