Petroleos Mexicanos -- Moody's assigns Baa1 rating to Pemex's EUR 1 billion in global notes
Mexico, April 11, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service assigned a Baa1 foreign currency rating to Petroleos Mexicanos' (PEMEX) EUR 1 billion in global notes due 2026. Pemex's ratings are currently on review for upgrade. The rating review is prompted by Moody's upgrade of the government of Mexico's bond rating from Baa1 to A3 on February 5, 2014.
