Parana, State of -- Moody's changes to negative the outlook on Fomento Paraná's Baa3 issuer rating
Sao Paulo, September 22, 2014 -- Moody's América Latina has today affirmed all long term ratings assigned to Agência de Fomento do Paraná S.A. (Fomento Paraná), and changed to negative, from stable, the outlook on these ratings. They include the Baa3 supported global local currency and Aa1.br Brazilian national scale issuer ratings. The ba2 baseline credit assessment (BCA) assigned to Fomento Paraná, as well as the short-term ratings remained unchanged.
