OTE PLC -- Moody's confirms OTE's rating at Caa2; assigns stable outlook
Madrid, September 29, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today confirmed Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A.'s (OTE) corporate family rating (CFR) at Caa2 and its probability of default rating (PDR) at Caa2-PD. Concurrently, Moody's confirmed the senior unsecured ratings of the global medium-term note program (GMTN) at (P)Caa2 and the rating on the global bonds at Caa2 issued by OTE PLC (OTE's fully and unconditionally guaranteed subsidiary). Concurrently, Moody's has assigned a stable outlook to all ratings.
