Odebrecht Engenharia e Construcao S.A. (OEC) -- Moody's assigns Aa1.br first time rating to Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção; outlook negative
Sao Paulo, May 27, 2015 -- Moody's America Latina (Moody's) has assigned a first time senior unsecured issuer rating of Aa1.br on its Brazilian national scale to Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção S.A. (OEC), outlook negative; and has withdrawn the Aa1.br senior unsecured issuer rating assigned to Construtora Norberto Odebrecht S.A. (CNO), as part of the group's corporate reorganization. At the same time, Moody's Investors Service has assigned a first time senior unsecured issuer rating of Baa3 on its global scale to OEC, outlook negative; and has withdrawn CNO's Baa3 senior unsecured issuer rating.
