Madrid, March 24, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a definitive Ba3 rating with a Loss Given Default assessment of 4 (LGD4) to the EUR400 million worth of senior notes due 2022 issued by Obrascon Huarte Lain S.A. (OHL). The company's Ba3 corporate family rating (CFR), Ba3-PD probability of default rating (PDR), as well as the Ba3 ratings on its existing senior unsecured debt instruments, remain unchanged. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
