Toronto, June 26, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service says in its annual report on the Province of New Brunswick that the Canadian province's Aa2 rating with stable outlook reflects a high degree of fiscal flexibility, manageable debt levels within the current fiscal framework and strong and reliable transfers from the federal government. The rating also reflects projected deficits and a rise in the debt burden over the near-term.
