Moody's: Servicing transfer to Sky Aviation Leasing Management LLC from SHC has no negative ratings impact on PALS-2000 and PALS-2001 aircraft lease ABS transactions
New York, October 15, 2015 -- Moody's announced today that the transfer of servicing from SKY Holding Company ("SHC") to Sky Aviation Leasing Management LLC, a subsidiary of Sky Aviation Leasing International L.P., would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the ratings currently assigned to the bonds issued by Pegasus Aviation Lease Securitization II, Series 2000-1 (PALS-2000) and Pegasus Aviation Lease Securitization III, Series 2001-1 (PALS-2001).
