New York, March 08, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) says iHeartCommunications, Inc.'s (iHeart) receipt of a Notice of Default on March 7, 2016 from holders of at least 25% of the outstanding principal amount of four of the company's Priority Guarantee Notes will not change the existing ratings including the Caa2 CFR and Caa1 PGN rating.
