Moody's says Booz Allen dividend increase and share repurchase credit negative, but ratings unaffected
New York, January 29, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service said that the announced eighteen percent increase in Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. ("Booz Allen")'s quarterly dividend to $0.13 per share from $0.11 per share, payable on February 27, 2015, as well as the announcement by its Board of Directors that it has approved an increase in Booz Allen's share repurchase authorization to $180 million from $30 million are credit negative events but do not impact the company's ratings including its Ba3 corporate family rating and its SGL-1 speculative grade liquidity rating.
